📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and mentoring,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (both in-office and remote),Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
