📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 drivers and logistics staff
• Plan, organize, and control the logistics operations of the company
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
• Manage and maintain a fleet of 30 trucks, ensuring they are operated efficiently and safely
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Provide leadership and support to the logistics team, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Certification in logistics management, such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
