📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and implementing production schedules using ERP systems and project management software.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to work orders and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on production planning and scheduling.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and project management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the textile and garment industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
