📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and facilitate interviews, including phone screens, in-person meetings, and video conferences.,Provide feedback on candidate performance and progress throughout the hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all candidates and hiring activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source candidates effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
