In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT issues and providing training as needed.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our systems and data.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
