PT Langit Kusuma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,A proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
