📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions,Assist users with SAC implementation, configuration, and customization,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAC solutions,Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Analytics Cloud and industry trends,Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training activities to enhance team skills,Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Proven experience as a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Support Analyst or similar role,Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its components,Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
