📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the management on a wide range of legal issues.,Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and contracts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.,Manage and coordinate the legal department's resources and activities.,Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role within a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.
