📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or basic life support (BLS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in managing and coordinating patient care teams.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
