Point City Pratama is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective telesales strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telesales calls to prospect and convert potential customers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team and company-wide sales goals.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.,Generating and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using telesales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
