Yayasan Mendaki is seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior/Executive Officer to lead our Youth Outreach & Engagement initiatives for the Malay/Muslim community. This role is crucial in fostering youth engagement, developing community programs, and ensuring the success of our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, youth development, and a deep understanding of the Malay/Muslim community in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Youth Outreach & Engagement program for the Malay/Muslim community.,Develop and implement strategies to engage and empower young individuals in the community.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local leaders, community members, and partners.,Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and programs that promote youth development and engagement.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of outreach programs to ensure they meet their objectives and goals.,Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans.,Represent Yayasan Mendaki at community events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in community development, social work, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, youth development, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing community programs.,Strong understanding of the Malay/Muslim community in Bali and their cultural nuances.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Malay and English, with a good understanding of Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for community outreach activities.
