📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.,Teach and support students with autism in a variety of subjects, including academics, social skills, and life skills.,Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.,Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Assist in the development and implementation of the centre's autism support programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in autism support and education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable.,Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related educational strategies.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
