📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and other accounting software
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Ensure timely payment of invoices while monitoring payment terms and conditions
• Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and payment issues
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports for management
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficient in SAP and other accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
