📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, community development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and community development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and community members.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
