📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement to employees
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing training programs
• Maintain and update employee benefits information
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the mining or logistics industry
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
