🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.
