📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance,Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize resource utilization,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
