📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain a robust IT asset management system using tools like ServiceNow or IBM Maximo.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation of all IT assets.
• Monitor and manage the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT assets are aligned with business needs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset usage and care.
• Analyze IT asset data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA ITAM, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
