In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of medical representatives, ensuring the successful promotion and sales of our pharmaceutical products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Organize and participate in medical and scientific conferences, workshops, and training sessions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and individual performance.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and their benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid SIK (Surat Izin Kerja) and NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) are required.
