📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.,Leading and supervising a team of QC inspectors to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency in the inspection process.,Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistent product quality.,Identifying and documenting quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and engineering, to address quality-related issues and improve processes.,Conducting root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality problems and develop effective solutions.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications.,Providing training and mentoring to junior QC inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection, with a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
