In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives into business objectives,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors and facilitators,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus
