Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure all amenities are in good condition.
• Verify guest documentation, including room keys, ID cards, and wake-up call requests.
• Provide wake-up calls and ensure guests receive their requested amenities.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
