📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing production schedules using ERP systems and project management software.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to work orders and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on production planning and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and project management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the textile and garment industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
