📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Oversee the technical assembly of products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities and performance metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or technical assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
