In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and users,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Maintain and update IT systems and software,Monitor and maintain network security,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and software,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks,Work with cross-functional teams to resolve IT issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,3-5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software,Experience with network security and troubleshooting,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
