📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist optometrists in conducting comprehensive eye exams using autorefractors, phoropters, and slit lamps.
• Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Record and maintain accurate patient data and exam results.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Assist in the fitting and dispensing of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Perform routine maintenance of optical equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in eye care technology and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an optical setting or related field.
• Familiarity with optical equipment and eye exam procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
