📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Manage guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately
- Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues promptly
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
