📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems are running efficiently and safely.
• Oversee the training and development of your team of mechanics and technicians.
• Work closely with our fleet managers to ensure that all vehicles and machinery are serviced and repaired according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that all safety equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in maintaining and repairing vehicles and machinery.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and heavy machinery systems.
• Experience using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
