Capital Projects Manager

PT Bangka Belitung Resources is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure and development projects in Pangkal Pinang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale capital projects from inception to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and report to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Experience in the infrastructure and development sector, particularly in Indonesia, is a plus.
